Exit-Counter was working. Until it wasn’t. 😂

We hit a ceiling. $1000/month, then plateau. Then Shopify changed their policies. No more JavaScript in the checkout.

Our entire app became obsolete. Overnight.

I tried to build other apps. Alone. But I fell into old habits. No validation. No problem-first thinking. Just building what I thought was cool.

They flopped.

So I stopped. I started freelancing. Helping merchants with custom dev work. That kept me afloat. But I couldn’t shake the itch.

Then 2020 came.

Last ride before being an engineer. But I wanted to be an entrepreneur so bad

So I asked myself:

“What is my unfair advantage?”

• I knew how to build apps

• I had experience with Shopify

• I had built a small personal brand

• Merchants trusted me

I decided to try again. But this time, with everything I had learned.
